This is our newest namesake, Nueske the Cat – just check the tags for proof! We heard about Nueske when his owner, Ethan, emailed us a couple of weeks ago to share pictures of his pet. Ethan’s daughter had adopted the stray cat and gave him his bacon-y title of her own accord. Since his adoption, Nueske enjoys strolling through his Wheeling, Illinois neighborhood and getting all kinds of favorable attention from Ethan’s family and neighbors.

Oddly enough, this isn’t the first pet that has been our namesake. Last year, we received an email from a chef who had named his very handsome Old English Bulldog Nueske, as well.
