Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats might be a pretty small company but we’ve got a lot of things we want to tell you about. We’re getting more involved in sharing our family recipes and stories with you and we hope that you have some things that you would like to share with us, too. This blog is the perfect place to start.

We’ve got customer stories and suggestions in the works along with tasty new recipes, never-before shared product info and history, chef interviews, and lots more that we’ll be posting on a weekly basis. We’ll also be telling you all about different events around the country that we’re involved in and how you can even attend some of them – or at least live vicariously through some really good descriptions!

Along the way, if there’s anything you would especially like to hear about, we’re open to your suggestions. We will do our best to focus on topics that you enjoy and can learn some new cooking ideas from – and we’re looking forward to it.
